Meewerkend Voorman in Boxtel

Voor een internationaal opererend handels- en recyclingbedrijf met een informele sfeer zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend voorman.
Ze kopen, verhandelen en verwerken oude elektronica en metalen en leveren aan klanten over de hele wereld.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij het hart van de operatie.
Je zorgt dat alles op de werf soepel verloopt, houdt contact met planning en commercie, en helpt zelf mee waar nodig.

  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team van 7 medewerkers (plus extra uitzendkrachten).
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het werk.
  • Je zorgt dat de voorraad goed aansluit op de verkoop.
  • En als het even druk is, steek jij net zo makkelijk zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

Kortom: onder jouw leiding loopt alles op rolletjes!

Gevraagd

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en redt je in het Engels en/of Duits (pre)
  • Je hebt leiderschapstalent – motiveren en aansturen zit in je natuur
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en communiceert helder
  • Je hebt oog voor detail (handig bij het herkennen van materialen)
  • Je hebt affiniteit met recycling
  • Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften is belangrijk
  • Materiaalkennis van elektronica en metalen is een pré, maar leren doen we graag samen!

Operator

Are you technically skilled and do you enjoy working in a modern production environment? Then this position as an Operator is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do
As an Operator, you will operate the extrusion machine and carry out production orders according to set recipes.
You’ll review the production schedule, record working hours, and check the product for color and granule size. You’ll also take samples for quality control.
In addition, you’ll clean the machine and related equipment, bag the produced masterbatches, label them with the correct sticker codes, and transport them to the warehouse.

  • Education at LBO/MBO level (preferably technical)
  • Technical insight and preferably a valid VCA certificate
  • Quality-conscious, dedicated, and a true team player
  • Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
  • Accurate and physically fit
  • Able to speak and understand English

What We Offer

  • Salary between €2,600 and €2,700, depending on experience
  • Working hours:
    • Day shift: 06:00 – 14:30
    • Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 22:45
  • 15% shift allowance for shift work
  • 30 vacation days per year

We’re looking for a motivated Industrial Cleaner who’s ready to dive in and keep our production facilities spotless!

What You’ll Do:

  • Clean mixing tanks, production machines, workstations, and floors.
  • Remove color residues and blast surfaces with a high-pressure cleaner.
  • Follow cleaning instructions carefully and ensure everything is safe for the next production round.
  • Wear PPE and follow strict safety guidelines.
  • Spot any issues or hazards and report them immediately.

  • Physically strong and hardworking.
  • No experience or formal education required, we train you on the job!
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Do you speak Dutch or Average English
